Job Summary
The I-X Center is seeking an intern, or recent graduate, to assist with Group Sales and marketing related tasks for the I-X Indoor Amusement Park and I-X Piston Powered Auto Rama.
This is a part-time, temporary assignment lasting approximately six weeks in March and April of 2013.

| Duties: | 1. Assist with selling group tickets for the I-X Indoor Amusement Park by contacting:
� Local recreation centers
� Youth Associations
� Senior programs
� Performance groups
� Day care/preschools
� Chamber of Commerce
� Convention Visitors Bureau
2. Update and manage contact databases
3. Process and fulfill consignment ticket orders
5. Assist with exhibit sales and preparation of credentials/move in packets
6. Assist with the planning and execution of Large Group Sales Days IE: Military day, Boy Scout day, etc.
7. Assist in event set up, tear down and on-site management during shows

| Qualifications: | � Current college student or recent college graduate
� Must possess or be close to graduating with a Bachelors Degree focused in events, group sales and/or marketing
� Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office products (excel, word)
� Ability to organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with attention to detail
� Some retail sales or customer service experience required
